7 Ways you can de-calcify your Pineal Gland and fire up your intuition

If you are wondering why your intuition is dulled at times and you are struggling to get intuitive answers, or your manifestations are not coming as quickly as you'd like, your pineal gland may need a little cleansing and activating. This is the center of your intuitive knowings, and higher consciousness. Over time  with all of the emotional stressors, chemicals you are ingesting and everything you are exposed to throughout your life, this little gland that sits in the middle of your head becomes calcified or clogged and doesn’t work to its fullest capabilities. It is the gateway to your intuition and is directly connected with your third eye. It also regulates your sleep patterns. If your third eye is closed and you are not able to connect to your intuition so easily then a little pineal gland cleansing may be necessary. Here are 7 ways you can  sweep the cobwebs away and restore it so you can think more clearly, improve your overall health and wellbeing and connect to your inner knowings more effectively:

1. *Reduce Exposure to Fluoride*: Fluoride is believed to contribute to the calcification of the pineal gland. To minimize exposure, consider using fluoride-free toothpaste and drinking filtered water that doesn't contain fluoride. There are many brands of toothpaste that have fluoride free options such as Jason’s, and Burt’s  Bees.

2. *Eat a Healthy Diet*: Opt for a nutrient-rich diet that supports overall health. Include foods rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and fatty fish.

3. Sunlight Exposure: Spending time in natural sunlight can help regulate your body's melatonin production and support the pineal gland. Aim for regular exposure to natural light, especially in the morning. If you cannot get sunlight everyday then opt for a happy light by Verilux to fill in the gaps of time until you can get natural light. I’ve linked the one I use here. https://a.co/d/fSrDtKx

4. *Meditation and Mindfulness*: Practices like meditation and mindfulness can promote relaxation and stress reduction, which may benefit the pineal gland. Regular meditation can also help regulate sleep patterns and support overall well-being.

5. Supplements*:  Some supplements, such as magnesium, iodine, and certain herbs like ashwagandha or spirulina, are believed to support pineal gland health. Consult with a healthcare provider before taking any supplements to ensure they are appropriate for you.

6.* Exercise: A few minutes of walking, stretching, yoga or some sort of movement that you can make a part of your daily routine can make a world of difference in your physical and emotional bodies. These moments  that you take out of your busy life, to connect with your body on a physical and emotional  level, help your pineal gland stay cleansed and activated.

7.*Breath work*: Any kind of breath work is great for so many reasons. Physically, emotionally and spiritually it allows your body to relax and raise your vibration to a higher frequency so that your visualizations become clearer. Your higher vibration then allows more intuitive energy to flow through you and helps  to activate your pineal gland.
