Do you realize that you are actually manifesting all the time? Whether it is things that you want or even things you don’t want, the people, situations and things you have in your life are a result of all the choices you have made along the way. If you step back and take an observers point of view, and look at the all things you’ve chosen to do, and the beliefs that you have been taught to believe, by family, society and external situations, the result is exactly where you are right now in your life. If there are things you’d like to change, you actually have the free will to change them. I feel like people become complacent or they are actually fearful of the resistance and reactions they may receive from others, and that’s what holds you back from taking the steps that may move you forward in your life. If there’s something you’ve always wanted but we’re to afraid to try to have it or do it, please ask yourself the question, if not now, then when?
Manifestation is the process of using your thoughts, emotions, beliefs and frequencies to bring your desires into reality. Your vibrational frequency is a huge factor in attracting what you want from your external world and bringing it in to your realty world. You must match the vibrational frequency of the thing you are manifesting. That means you may have to work a bit to raise your frequency to allow your mind and body to believe and feel as if you already have that desired thing, and are 100% worthy of having it!
Here are five easy steps to help you manifest effectively:
1. Clarify your Desires: Begin by getting crystal clear on exactly what it is that you want to manifest. Be specific and detailed about your desire. Write it down and imagine how it feels to already have manifested it.
2. Set your Intentions : Once you are crystal clear on your desire, set an intention to manifest it. Write it down, and visualize yourself already having obtained what you desire and affirm it by stating it aloud or writing it down. Be positive and use present tense language like "I am" or "I have." It is already yours for the taking!
3. Practice Gratitude: Expressing gratitude for what you currently have and for the manifestation you are seeking can and will amplify the manifestation process. Take a few moments each day to acknowledge and appreciate what you are grateful for. This helps shift your focus to an abundant mindset, thus attracting more positive experiences.
4. Use Visualizations and Affirmations : Create a mental image or a vision board of your desired manifestation. Visualize yourself already possessing what you want, and feel the emotions associated with it. The vibrations your emotions have is what is sent out to be received, and what is then given back to you. Additionally, repeat positive affirmations related to your desire daily. Affirmations help reprogram your subconscious mind and reinforce positive beliefs.
5. Take inspired Actions: Manifestation requires taking inspired action in alignment with your desires. By following your intuition and taking small steps towards your goal, you demonstrate your commitment and readiness for manifestation. When you take these action small action steps, the universe recognizes them and in turn brings you new opportunities and synchronicities that will come your way. Pay attention to these and follow that inner knowing , allowing yourself to align with your desires.
Remember, manifestation is an ongoing practice that requires patience, belief, vibration and consistency. Stay positive, trust that it is yours and allow the universe to bring your desires to fruition.
